Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your coffee purchase from Bea’s Knees Farm.  Please keep in mind that people taste things differently, and roasting, brewing, and storage can all impact your coffee’s flavor.

Please open and inspect your package as soon as you receive it. If your shipment was damaged or you received incorrect merchandise, please email luna@beaskneesfarm.com with photos as soon as possible and we will take care of the issue. Please report these types of problems within two weeks of delivery.

Since coffee is a food product, we cannot accept returns.  Although we cannot offer a “satisfaction guarantee,” please do contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase and let us know why.  We will respond within three business days and will try to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
